Boeker, Karl Edward (10/13/1939–02/26/1968). Karl Boeker from Davenport, Iowa received his B.A. degree in history from Grinnell in June 1961. He had an excellent academic record: Honors in History and Phi Beta Kappa. He was a resident of South Younker Hall, but apparently was not involved in any campus activities. Karl died in 1968 after a lengthy illness.
