Gover, Helen Sue (Robinson) (05/02/1939–05/13/1998). Helen Robinson attended Grinnell for her first year of college and lived in Main Hall. In 1961 she obtained a B.S. degree in Home Economics Education from Oklahoma’s Southeastern State College (n/k/a Southeastern Oklahoma State University). Helen also went to graduate school at Utah State University and Oklahoma’s Northeastern State College (n/k/a Northeastern State University), 1961-63.
She married Philip H. Gover on July 30, 1964, and they had two children.
She worked as a guidance counselor in Brigham City, Utah and was the Head of the Counseling Department at Leupp Boarding School in Leupp, Arizona.
